How to make the order?
The orders can be made directly through our website illogico.com, by calling us to +39 345 12.56.613 or via email to info@illogico.com. We are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 (CET)

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to info@illogico.com.
We are going to do our best to satisfy your request.
If you have already received your order and you want to return or change it please refer to the instructions included in the delivery. Once we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund or with the change of order request.

Which payment methods are accepted?
For the online purchases on illogico.com the following payment methods are available: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PAYPAL, Bank transfer.

Can I use different payment methods for the same order?
It is possible to use one payment method for any single order.

How can I take care my product?
Our product can be washed in cold water. according to the choosen fabric; it may present some natural folds, so we suggest the use of the iron.

How much does the shipment cost?

Italy

For Italy the standard shipment is free for orders over 49.99€. For orders under 49.99€ the standard shipment cost is 3.50€.
The express shipment cost is free fo orders over 99€. For orders among 50-99€ the express shipment cost is 3.50€. The express shipment cost for orders under 49.99€ is 5€. 

Europe

For Europe the shipment cost for orders under 150€ is 17.50€. For orders over 150€ the shipping is free.

U.S.A and Asia

For U.S. and Asia the shipment cost for orders under 150€ is 29.50€. For orders over 150€ the shipping is free.

How many days do I have to return a product?
The good has to be returned in the terms of the 14 days from the date of the receivement. How do I return the order? Illogico will refund the full price of the product only if it will be returned intact with labels and inside the original box. Illogico reserves the opportunity to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions required. To make a return, please contact our customer service, which will provide you with all the necessary information.

Shipping and Delivery times?
The delivery time for Italy is 48 hours, and 7 days abroad. The production and shipment time for the item not in stock is one (1) week.

Can I order a custom or a special size or model?
Yes, it is possible to request a size or a model special or particular.

We make special and custom production for weedings, cerimonies and corporate uniform with a specific visual identity. The times of realizations are of 2 weeks minimum.
